That’s right folks, your favourite Canadian party boys are back with a new single called “One In A Million.” Where once you would only find references to things such as booty poppin’ and drinking all night long, Down With Webster’s latest single actually throws listeners a surprisingly great curveball.
Having taken some time off since their third album Time to Win, Vol. 2 it appears that the band used their downtime wisely. “One In A Million,” demonstrates a much needed growth in terms of the band’s sound. The track is wonderfully produced and while it does display a much more mature sound, “One In A Million” still manages to retain the fun nature of the band.
Where in the past some of Down With Webster’s songs sounded quite cluttered, “One In A Million” has a great level of clarity to it. Overall, the track is structured really well and it’s great to see Down With Webster progressing musically.
“One In A Million,” will be up on iTunes on March 26th.
